I was very pleasantly surprised by the power of this flashlight. It is small and compact enough to carry with you, but it is built to withstand being dropped, the elements, etc. It is so bright, it lights up the whole room. This tactical flashlight is so versatile that even the batteries are interchangeable as far as what you decide to use. For instance, they give you the option to use a rechargeable battery which they include in your purchase, or you can use 3 regular AAA batteries.
