This zester is super nice and sharp. When grating my chocolate and limes it was so much easier. This zester comes with a snap on protection cover for when not in use. I also comes with a little cleaning brush and the blade is made of stainless steel. It has a cushy handle to help grip it as well! #MrCookWare
